主题课程背景下的有效备课实践探索

A Practice Exploration of the Effectiveness of Class Preparation in Theme Curriculum

摘要 随着主题课程在幼儿园的大力推行,幼儿园传统的基于分科教学模式的备课方式受到了挑战。主题课程背景下的有效备课需要建立集体备课组织以作保障,可从学年(学期)主题的确定、周计划与日计划的制定、主题反思、主题资料整理五个方面明晰主题备课的操作流程。提高备课的有效性,还需幼儿园管理者重视端正教师的备课态度.重视备课检查,加强对教师的培训,加强教研组团队建设。 Theme curriculum is currently promoted in kindergartens. As a result, the traditional subject-based teaching model class preparation is challenged. Class preparation in theme curriculum needs support from class preparation groups. Theme class preparation includes the following areas: the selection of themes for the yearly, weekly and daily teaching plan, theme reflection, and theme material management. To improve the effectiveness of class preparation, it is also significant for kindergarten management to value teachers' positive attitude towards their class preparation, check teachers' class preparation, provide more training opportunities for teachers, and strengthen teaching team building.
