摘要 目的:探讨儿科护理时心理干预的临床应用。方法对2011年3月~2014年3月这3年期间接收的所有儿科患者中,随机抽样出90人作为研究对象分为两组。对组照予以常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上予以心理干预。对比观察组与对照组患者护理前后的临床疗效。结果观察组显效率(40.00%)以及总体有效率(95.56%)都高于对照组(30.00%,88.89%),P〈0.05。结论在常规护理的基础上进行心理干预相对常规护理,可以取得更好的临床疗效。 Objective To investigate the pediatric nursing psychological intervention in clinical application. Methods From March 2011 to March 2011 it received during the period of 3 years al pediatric patients, random sampling from 90 as the research object is divided into two groups. To set routine nursing care, observation group psychological intervention on the basis of conventional nursing care.Comparing the clinical curative effect of observation group and control group before and after patient care. Results Observation group efficiency (40.00%) and the overal efficient (95.56%) were higher than the control group (30.00%, 30.00%),(P〈0.05). Conclusion The psychological intervention on the basis of conventional nursing relatively routine nursing care, can achieve better clinical curative effect.
