摘要
目的探讨华支睾吸虫病的感染及流行病学特征。方法本次医学研究选择本地区2012年1月至2014年1月之间发生华支睾吸虫病感染的88例患者为研究对象,对其临床治疗措施、实验室检查结果、临床表现和流行病学特征进行回顾分析。结果华支睾吸虫病感染患者多有食用半生或是生的淡水鱼经历,其临床症状主要表现为胆绞痛、发热、头晕、脾肿大、肝肿大、黄疸、食欲减退等。结论华支睾吸虫病感染病情较为复杂,且临床表现多样,因而需要得到临床关注。
Objective To investigate Clonorchis sinensis infection and epidemiological characteristics of objective. Methods This medical research methods between 2012 January to 2014 January in this region have Clonorchis sinensis infection in 88 patients as the research object,carries on the review analysis of the clinical treatment measures,laboratory findings,clinical manifestation and epidemiological features. Results Clonorchiasis infection patients had eaten raw or half raw freshwater fish, the clinical main symptoms of biliary colic, fever, dizziness, splenomegaly, hepatomegaly, jaundice,loss of appetite,etc. Conclusion Clonorchiasis infection is more complex,and a variety of clinical manifestations,so need to get clinical attention.
