摘要
采用浓硝酸回流处理方法对碳纳米管进行纯化处理,通过TEM、HRTEM和XPS研究碳纳米管表面状态和分散情况。试验结果表明:随着回流时间的增加碳纳米管的重量损失增加,长径比减;回流时间越长,分散效果越好;在5h回流时间内,主要是除掉碳纳米管中的杂质粒子;回流10h碳纳米管已完全均匀分开,长度在几百个纳米之间;回流15h到25h时,外壁破坏严重;此外,随着回流时间的增加碳纳米管表面引入的含氧官能团的含量增加。
Carbon nanobutes (CNTs) were purified by nitric acid refluence method, the dispersion ability and the surface component of CNTs were studied by means of TEM, HRTEM and XPS. The results indicated that the aspect ratio of CNTs reduced, meanwhile, the weight loss and the dispersion ability of CNs increased when refluence time increased. The impurity of CNTs were eliminated at refluence time of 5h; CNTs were uniformly dispersed and obtained the length of several hundred nanometer at 10h; the outside wall of CNTs were badly destroyed at 15h and 25h. Moreover, the functional groups containing oxygen element increase when refluence time increases.
