摘要
目的探讨替吉奥联合奥沙利铂方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法选取2010年1月～2013年1月广东医学院第二附属医院肿瘤科收治的晚期胃癌患者82例，随机分为2组（n=41）。对照组给予替吉奥治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上联合奥沙利铂治疗，对比2组临床效果。结果（1）观察组治疗后总有效率为84．53％，明显高于对照组的64.26％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；（2）治疗后2组患者均出现不同程度的恶心、呕吐等胃肠道不良反应及骨髓抑制等情况，但不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义。结论替吉奥联合奥沙利铂方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效显著，且安全性较高，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore for gonow joint scheme of oxaliplatin into the clinical curative effect of treatment of advanced gastric cancer, make guidance for clinical promotion. Methods Our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013, 82 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer as the research object, its completely random divided into two groups, control group patients give for gonow treatment, observation group of patients in the control group on the basis of joint oxaliplatin into treatment, compared to observe clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results （ 1 ）The observation group of patients after treatment the total effective rate was 84.53%, significantly higher than 64.26%, comparing the two groups statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）;（2）in the two groups after treatment in patients with different degree of gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting, and bone marrow suppression, etc., but the two groups the incidence of adverse reactions compared differences no statistical significance. Conclusion For gonow joint scheme of oxaliplatin into the clinical curative effect of treatment of advanced gastric cancer, and high security, is worth clinical popularizing widely.
