摘要
[目的]为欧洲舌齿鲈在我国的养殖推广提供基础数据.[方法]研究不同盐度和温度对欧洲舌齿鲈幼鱼活动与存活的影响.[结果]在水温22~24℃、盐度0~45‰的条件下,72 h内对欧洲舌齿鲈幼鱼摄食和活动无影响,各试验组活动和摄食均表现正常,幼鱼存活率为100%.在盐度25‰ ~ 27‰、温度18~28℃条件下,欧洲舌齿鲈幼鱼3h内活动正常;当温度为≤16℃和≥30℃时,对欧洲舌齿鲈幼鱼活动及成活率有显著影响,幼鱼出现大量死亡.[结论]受我国海区温度条件的限制,欧洲舌齿鲈幼鱼在养殖过程中不会因逃逸而造成“生物入侵”等生态灾害.
[Objective] The research aimed to provide basic data for popularizing the aquaculture of Dicentrarchus labrax in China.[Method] The effects of different salinities and temperatures on the activities and survival of juvenile Dicentrarchus labrax were studied.[Result] Under the conditions of 22-24 ℃ and salinity of 0-45‰,the food intake and activities of juvenile D.labrax were not influenced within 72 hours.The activities and food intake of juvenile D.labrax in each test group were normal and the survival rate of juvenile D.labrax was 100%.Under the conditions of 18-28 ℃ and salinity of 25‰-27‰,the activities of D.labrax were normal within 3 hours.When the temperature was equal to or less than 16 ℃ and equal to or more than 30 ℃,the activities and survival rate of juvenile D.labrax were significantly influenced,a lot of juvenile D.labrax died.[Conclusion] Restricted by the temperature conditions in the sea areas of China,the ecological disasters (such as biological invasion) would be caused by the escape of juvenile D.labrax in the aquaculture process of D.labrax.
