摘要 [目的]建立一套适合宁夏枸杞中农药残留的风险评估研究方法与模型.[方法]通过对宁夏全区枸杞主栽区的枸杞进行抽样监测,对宁夏枸杞中高效氯氰菊酯农药残留进行了风险评估.[结果]50%、90%、95%的人群人均每日通过食用枸杞摄入高效氯氰菊酯农药的量分别在6.63×10-6mg/kg(bw)或以下、2.17×10-5mg/kg(bw)或以下、2.83×10-5 mg/kg (bw)或以下,占ADI值的百分率分别不高于0.033 15%、0.108 50%、0.141 50%,安全系数在707 ~3 017,属于完全可以接受的水平,对消费者身体健康危害很小.[结论]为宁夏乃至我国枸杞安全监管和农药残留限量提供了参考. [Objective] The aim was to establish a set of study methods and models on risk assessment of pesticide residues for Lycium barbarum L..[Method] Risk assessment on beta-cypermethrin residue in Lycium barbarum L.was carried out through sampling and monitoring in the main planting area of Ningxia autonomous region.[Result] 50%,90% and 95% of the population intook beta-cypermethrin pesticide residues respectively in 6.63 x 10-6 mg/kg(bw) or below,2.17 x 10-5 mg/kg (bw) or below and 2.83 x 10-5 mg/kg (bw) or below per capita daily by eating wolfberry.And percentages of ADI values were less than 0.033 15%,0.108 50% and 0.141 50%.The safety coefficient was 707-3 017,which belonged to an acceptable level completely,and the hazard was very little to consumers'health.[Conclusion] The results provide reference for safety supervision and pesticide residue limits in Ningxia,and even in China.
