摘要
目的通过调查永久起搏器植入患者围术期的健康教育需求，确立永久起搏器植入患者的健康教育临床路径。方法通过自行设计的调查问卷对2012年9—10月在中国医学科学院阜外心血管病医院心律失常中心52例行永久起搏器植入围术期患者（人院当天、术前1d、手术当天、出院当天）进行一般资料和健康教育需求量表调查，确立永久起搏器植入患者的健康教育临床路径。结果患者在永久起搏器植入围术期4个不同时期的健康教育需求总得分和疾病、起搏器管理、运动锻炼与日常生活4个维度得分差异均无统计学意义（F值分别为1．42，0．74，0．63，0．44；P〉0．05）。入院当天的总得分和各维度得分均高于其他3个时期；对单个条目得分结果分析显示，永久起搏器植入的相关并发症、起搏器相关并发症的预防知识和起搏器使用年限3个条目均位于4个不同时期的前10位。结论应建立永久起搏器植入患者的健康教育临床路径，在围术期的不同时期有针对性地选择相应内容对患者进行健康教育，重点选择起搏器相关知识的健康教育，加强对患者入院当日的健康教育。
Objective To establish clinical pathway of health education for patients with implanting permanent pacemaker by investigating these patients perioperative health education needs. Methods Totals of 52 patients were investigated and treated with implanting permanent pacemaker in arrhythmia center of one hospital using self-designed questionnaire including general information and health education needs. Results Among four different perioperative period of patients with implanting permanent pacemaker, the total score and the score of disease, pacemakers, exercise, daily life were no significant differences （ F = 1. 42, 0. 74, 0. 63, 0. 44, respeetively;P 〉0.05 ）. But the score of admission day was higher than the other three periods. By analyzing the results of a single entry score, permanent pacemaker implantation-related complications, knowledge of complications prevention and pacemakers life were located in the top 10 at four different periods. Conclusions We should establish clinical pathway of health education for patients with implanting permanent pacemaker, select the appropriate content of health education for the targeted patients in four different perioperative periods. The contents of health education should be focused on knowledge of pacemaker, and we strengthen health education for patients on admission day.
