摘要
按照互联网发展状况及治理情况,互联网治理大致分为三个阶段,即摸索起步阶段、强化完善阶段、日趋成熟阶段。二十年来,互联网治理取得了可喜的成绩,形成了"中国经验"。未来互联网治理将逐步推行网络社会治理模式,意识形态安全将是治理的重点,更加注重多方治理,加强法制建设,促长效有机运行。
In accordance with the development of Internet and its governance, Internet governance can be divided into three stages, namely groping and initial stage, strengthening the perfect stage, maturing stage. In twenty years, Internet governance has made gratifying achievements, forming a ＂Chinese experience＂. In future, Internet governance will gradually implement the network of social governance model; the ideological security will be the key, and Internet governance will pay more attention to the multi governance, strengthening the construction of legal system, promoting long-term organic operation.
