摘要
大型多线圈超导磁体常采用分段被动保护的方式以保证磁体在失超时不被损坏。针对此种保护模式,采取基于有限体积的数值方法模拟某核磁共振成像(MRI)超导磁体失超后的失超传播过程,分析线圈失超过程中的热点温度以及电流和电压随时间变化,并对失超电路中各部分的作用进行定量的计算与讨论,为多线圈结构磁体的失超保护方案设计提供参考意见。
To ensure that the magnet is not damaged during the quench, the passive subdivision protection method is always applied in the protection of large multi - coils superconducting magnet such as MRI and NMR. For such protection mode, this paper applied Finite Volume Method ( FVM ) to simulate the quench propagation process in the coils, and then, analysed the change of hot point temperature and the terminal voltage with time. In addition, this paper discussed the function of each component in the circuit, which could provide suggestions for the design of passive protection system.
