摘要
2012年,国家层面的异地高考政策出台。随后,各省区市的异地高考政策也相继发布。该政策在实施过程中产生了积极影响,同时也遇到了一些困境,需要在探索的过程中寻求解决办法。河南省作为全国的人口大省、劳务输出大省、生源大省,对异地高考政策有着特殊的需要,因而基于河南省情来分析异地高考的困境具有较强的说服力,由此探索到的出路具有一定代表性。
Since 2012 the policy of the college matriculation policy for migrant children in many provinces has been promulgated. While the policy has a positive effect,it has also encountered some difficulties in the course of implementation. Henan,a province with a large population,a large labor export and a large number of candidates,has its own characteristics. Therefore,this paper means to have a representative study and analysis of the difficult position and solution of the matriculation policy for migrant children so as to con-tribute some practical suggestions.
