摘要
本文针对钢结构加工制造企业现场布局难度大,场地利用效率不高,影响加工制造进度等存在的问题,首先采集现状信息,在工艺分析和物流分析的基础上,引入动态吸引子算法对现场进行动态布局设计,合理将各个阶段需要布置的物件进行了安排布局,证明了采用该算法求解物体布局是一种行之有效的理论方法,而且该算法在各类工程中求解布局问题具有较高的实用价值,便于推广和应用。
Based on the problems of difficult site layout, low utilization efficiency of space, affecting the manufacturing progress in steel processing and manufacturing enterprise, this paper firstly gathers the information status, on the basis of process analysis and logistic analysis, introduces the dynamic attractor algorithm for dynamic site layout design, reasonably arranges the objects required in all stages, and proves that this algorithm is an effective method for object layout, has a high practical value for solving the layout problem in all types of engineering, and is easy to promote and apply.
