摘要
本文借鉴国内外高校教学效果评价指标体系的研究成果,遵循简单又全面的原则,根据高校教学特点,构建高校课堂教学评价指标体系,指标包括教学态度、教学内容、教学能力和教学管理四个部分共十个,通过层次分析法确定各项指标的权重。以昆明理工大学《管理学》课程为例,运用灰色关联度分析法,对担任《管理学》教学的两位教师的教学效果进行实证分析。
Referenced from the research results of evaluation index and model which reflects the effect of classroom teaching of universities both in domestic and aboard, this paper established a kind of evaluation index and model which reflects the effect of classroom teaching of universities following the principle of simpleness and comprehensiveness. According to the characteristics of university teaching, the index including four parts which are named teaching attitude, teaching contents, teaching ability and teaching management with 10 indicators in them. What's more, we determined the weight of each indicator through the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). In the course named "management" in Kunming University of Science and Technology (KUST) as an example, we use the method of the gray correlation degree to sort and analyzes the teaching effect of two teachers of management course in KUST.
