摘要
目的:探讨老年髋部骨折患者术后专项护理干预方法及效果。方法:将100例老年髋部骨折患者随机分为干预组和对照组各50例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上给予术后专项护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组行全髋置换术患者出院1、3个月Harris髋关节评分高于行内固定手术患者(P<0.05),干预组患者出院1、3个月Harris髋关节评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组出院时、出院3个月疼痛评分高于对照组(P<0.05),出院3个月功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05),出院时及出院1、3个月关节活动度高于对照组(P<0.01);干预组出院3个月GDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:术后专项护理干预可改善老年髋部骨折患者的髋关节功能,缓解其抑郁状态。
Objective：To explore the method and effect of special nursing intervention for elderly patients after hip fracture operation. Methods：100 elderly patients with hip fracture were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group（50 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the intervention group were additionally given special postoperative nursing intervention,the nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results：The Harris hip scores were higher in the patients with total hip arthroplasty than those in the patients with internal fixation operation after discharge from hospital for one and 3 months（P〈0. 05）;the Harris hip scores of the patients were higher in the intervention group than the control group after dis-charge for one and 3 months（P〈0. 05）;the pain score of the patients was higher in the intervention group than the control group at dis-charge and after discharge for 3 months（P〈0. 05）;the function score of the patients was higher in the intervention group than the control group after discharge for 3 months（P〈0. 05）;the range of motion of the patients was better in the intervention group than the control group at discharge and after discharge for one and 3 months（P〈0. 01）;GDS was lower in the intervention group than the control group after discharge for 3 months（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The special postoperative nursing intervention can improve the postoperative hip joint function and alleviate the depressive state of elderly patients with hip fracture operation.
