剖宫产术后分娩方式的选择 被引量：3

摘要 随着我国计划生育人口政策的改变,越来越多的夫妇可以生育第二胎,但是近年来,我国剖宫产率不断上升,已成为世界剖宫产第一大国,剖宫产率达50%以上,因此剖宫产后再次分娩方式的选择成为产科亟待解决的问题。本文通过介绍剖宫产术后分娩方式的选择,针对不同的孕妇合理选择阴道分娩或再次剖宫产术,论述剖宫产术后阴道分娩(vaginal birth after cesarean,VBAC)适应证及禁忌证,并对其成功的可能性进行充分的评估,同时阐述再次剖宫产指征,在保证母婴安全的前提下,降低剖宫产率。
