摘要目前各种电子元器件在汽车上的应用越来越多,其电磁兼容性对整车可靠性有着重大影响。六西格玛设计(Design For Six Sigma,DFSS)可以快速锁定优化目标,减少试验次数。将DFSS思想运用到提高汽车用霍尔传感器的电磁兼容性设计之中,快速可靠地提高传感器抗电磁干扰能力。改进后的传感器通过了电磁兼容性试验及整车试验,达到了预期的目的。
