摘要
目的探讨有效干预小儿白血病病人不良心理状况的可靠方法,为临床护理研究提供借鉴和依据。方法以2010年12月至2013年12月期间我院收治的88例小儿白血病患儿为研究对象,并随机分为常规护理组和心理护理组各44例,分别采用常规护理措施和心理护理措施。观察并比较两组患儿护理干预前后的心理状态,以及干预后的治疗依从情况。结果 1心理护理组患儿的焦虑评分和抑郁评分结果明显优于常规护理组,差异具有显著统计学意义(均P<0.01)。2心理护理组患儿的治疗依从率显著高于实施常规护理组,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用心理护理措施可显著地改善白血病患儿的不良心理状态,是临床针对小儿白血病患儿实施护理的理想选择。
Objective To explore effective nursing methods to improve adverse psychological status of children with leukemia, so as to provide basis for clinic. Methods 88 cases of pediatric leukemia in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into routine nursing group and psychological nursing group, with 44 cases in each group. The psychological states before and after nursing intervention, and the therapy compliance after intervention were observed and compared. Results The anxiety score and depression score of psychological nursing group were significantly better than those of routine nursing group (P 〈0.01). The therapy compliance of psychological nursing group was significantly higher than that of routine nursing group (P 〈0.01). Conclusions Psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the adverse psychological status of children with leukemia, which is an ideal choice for clinical care of pediatric leukemia.
