摘要
随着社会经济的发展和城市规模的扩张,人们对机动化出行的需求迅速增长,"停车难"、"行车难"的问题已成为城市管理的重点难点问题。本文主要以物联网和GIS技术为基础,打造了停车设施一张图,并以苏州为例构建了智能化停车管理综合平台,实现了停车场资源管理和共享、停车场数据统计、监督评价和诱导系统等,为政府决策、管理和规划以及公众绿色出行提供支持。
With the development and expansion of the city＇s socio-economic scale, cars are rapidly growing for motorized travel, ＂parking difficulties＂ and ＂driving hard＂ has become a key and difficult problems of urban management. A map of the parking facilities via descripts networking and GIS technology was created, and a comprehensive platform for intelligent parking management in Suzhou city was designed to manage the parking resource, share parking facilities, statistics the data from parks,monitor and evaluate the service of parking and provide the guiding service, which provide the supports for decision-making, management and planning, and public green travel.
