摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜应用于女性不孕微创手术治疗中的护理对策。方法回顾性分析本院60例腹腔镜微创手术治疗不孕症患者的临床资料,根据不同的护理方法将患者分为两组,观察组30例采用围术期个性化护理方案,对照组30例采用常规护理方案,比较两组的妊娠成功率、手术时间和住院时间。结果 60例患者中原发性不孕症21例(35%),继发性不孕症39例(65%),经个性化护理后,全部患者均获得手术成功,妊娠成功率为100%。两组的手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组的住院时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的护理满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),全部患者均无严重感染性疾病和严重性出血症状出现。结论围术期个性化护理在腹腔镜微创手术治疗不孕症患者中具有重要的意义。
Objective To discuss the nursing countermeasures minimally invasive operation in female infertility apply-ing laparoscope. Methods The data of 60 cases with infertility treated by minimally invasive operation applying laparo-scope were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into the two groups according to the different nursing method, the observation group （n=30） was given perioperative personalized care program,the control group （n=30） was given the routine nursing program,the success rate of pregnancy,the operation time and hospital stay in the two groups were com-pared. Results Among 60 patients,there were 21 cases （35%） with primary infertility, and 39 cases （65%） with sec-ondary infertility,after individualized nursing,all patients were given successful operation,the success rate of pregnancy was 100%.There was no statistical difference of the operation time in the two groups （P〉0.05）,and there was a statistical difference of hospital stay in the two groups （P〈0.05）,nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）,all patients had no serious infectious disease and severe bleeding symp-toms. Conclusion Perioperative personalized nursing has an important significance in patients with laparoscopic opera-tion in the treatment of infertility.
