摘要
目的:对广西农村初级保健人员的精神卫生服务能力进行现况调查。方法:采用问卷调查广西农村初级保健人员291名,比较其精神卫生服务能力得分。结果:不同精神卫生服务模式下的初级保健人员能力得分有差异。结论:"医院-社区一体化"精神卫生服务模式对于培养和提高基层初保人员提供精神卫生服务的能力具有借鉴意义。
Objective To conduct evidential and comparative researches about capability of primary mental health workers from different mental health service models in Guangxi rural communities. Methods A self-administrative questionnaire was conducted in a total of 291 rural primary health workers engaged in mental health services. Results Total capability score mark of rural primary mental health workers in Liujiang County exceeded that of Liucheng County. Conclusions Service capacity of rural primary mental health workers is higher in the areas which delivery mental health services with hospital-community integration model.
