摘要
以昆山某污水处理厂二期生化池的曝气器改造(由管式曝气器改为盘式微孔曝气器)为例,分析了当曝气器选型不当或曝气器产生了不可修复的问题时,及时更换新的合适的曝气器,对于污水厂的稳定运行和节能降耗都具有积极的意义。
Based on the reconstruction of aerators in phase Ⅱ biological tank of a wastewater treat-ment plant (WWTP) at Kunshan, in which the tube aerators were changed to disc fine bubble aerators,a conclusion was drawn to demonstrate that the stable operation, energy-saving and cost-reducing ofWWTP could be achieved by replacing suitable aerators in time, especially when improper aerators wereselected or irreparable problems of aerators occurred.
