摘要
研究血站文化对构建和谐劳动关系的影响。我们通过增强以人为本的血站文化建设,满足职工物质与文化的需求、开展科研创新、调整管理模式、建设心理健康型血站等诸多切入点来构建和谐劳动关系。总之,血站文化建设与构建和谐劳动关系呈相互促进关系。
To study the effect of the workplace culture construction on building harmonious labor relationship in blood stations. Workplace culture in blood stations was enhanced by meeting the material and cultural needs of employees,carrying out scientific research and innovation,adjusting the management model,and constructing mental health facilities,in order to foster a friendly environment for harmonious labor relations. Results and Conclusion Constructing workplace culture and building harmonious labor relations in blood stations are mutually reinforcing relationships.
