摘要
复杂性辨证论治思维强调辨证的灵活性和变动性,为临床复杂性和疑难性问题提供解决思路。桂枝汤为群方之冠,临床统计能治疗中医病证100余种。从营卫不和到阴阳不和的复杂性辨证论治角度阐释桂枝汤临床应用的机制,为经方的临床应用提供思路。
The thinging of complexity differentiation and treatment emphasizes flexibilities and mobilities of syndrome differentiation. It would provide way to solve complex and difficult problems. Guizhi decoction is the most prominent prescription in Treatise on Febrile Diseases which can treat about 100 diseases. From disharmony between Ying and Wei to diseorder of Yin and Yang,this article explains the mechanism of clinical application based on the thinging of complexity differentiation and treatment. It would provide way to the use of classical prescriptions.
