摘要
为了获得瓦(W)级546nm波段的连续激光输出,采用高功率激光二极管(LD)端面泵浦Nd:YAG激光晶体,通过谐振腔反射镜膜系的特殊设计,在单通道双共振腔内获得Nd:YAG激光器的1 073.8nm和1 112.1nm两条谱线同时运转,并通过在腔内插入非线性光学晶体三硼酸锂(LBO)进行腔内和频,获得546.3nm绿光连续输出。当抽运光功率为24 W时,输出的546.3nm绿光功率高达1.58 W,其光-光转换效率为6.6%。调节LBO方位角,还可以分别获得1 073.8nm和1 112.1nm的倍频光537nm和556nm输出。
In order to obtain watt-level 546 nm contiounus wave (CW) output, this paper adopts the high- power laser diode (LD) end-pumped Nd.. YAG laser crystal,and though a special coating designed for the linear cavity,dual-wavelength operation at 1073.8 nm and 1 112.1 nm can be obtained simultaneously. Inserting non-linear crystal LBO, 1.58 W 546.3 nm green light CW output is obtained under the 24 W pump power though intra-cavity sum-frequency, and the optic-to-optic efficiency is 6.6%. Through the adjustment of the LBO azimuth , 537 nm or 556 nm output can be realized , by using 1 073. 8 nm and 1 121.1 nm SHG,respectively.
