摘要
目的对拔双J管困难病例进行回顾性分析,探讨拔管困难出现的原因,并给予预防手段及处理措施。方法对山东省苍山县人民医院15例术后双J管拔管困难病例进行回顾性分析,分析原因及治疗方案。结果 15例患者均顺利拔管,均未见严重并发症发生。结论针对拔管困难的患者,应明确拔管困难的原因,针对不同的原因采取适合的拔管方案,以减少拔管困难所引起的不良后果。
Objective To analyze pull out the double J tube dififcult cases, to investigate the causes of decannulation dififcult to appear, and give the preventive measures and treatment measures. Methods A total of 15 cases of double J tube after decannulation dififcult cases, by the classiifcation and treatment plan. Results All 15 patients were extubated smoothly, no serious complications occurred. Conclusion For decannulation dififcult patients, should be clear decannulation difficult reason, for different reasons, the plan of the suitable tube drawing in order to reduce adverse consequences caused by decannulation dififcult.
