摘要
实现了某特殊垫圈低温磨损试验平台的机械结构设计,完成了以PLC为核心的控制系统硬件以及基于Visual C++6.0的上位机控制软件设计。通过实验,获取了关于该零件实验数据,并用最小二乘法拟合得到了垫圈磨损曲线:y=-8×10-6x+2.735 1(其中,x为摆动次数;y为垫圈的厚度),曲线斜率k=-8×10-6,磨损速率为:μ=0.08 mm/万次。
The mechanical structure design of an experimental platform for wear test at low temperature for a special washer is realized. The design of control system hardware with programmable logical control (PLC) as core hardware and private computer (PC) control software based on Visual C ++ 6.0 are completed. Through the experiments, experimental data about the washer are obtained and washer wear curve, curve slope and wear rate are obtained through the least square method.
