摘要
随着城镇化和工业化进程的深入,农村劳动力正走向结构性短缺,致使农村空心化问题日益严峻,成为制约我国现代农业发展的重要因素。通过梳理农村空心化问题的现状及其危害,简要分析了新生代农民促进现代农业可持续发展的主体地位,通过探讨新生代农民的特征、观念和利益诉求,提出加速新生代农民培育的措施和动力机制,以此化解农村空心化导致的"农民荒"问题。
Rural hollowing has become a severe problem because of structural rural labor shortage in the process of industrialization and urbanization,which has restricted the modern agriculture development in China.Based on analysis of the present situation and harm of rural hollowing,the paper points out the new generation farmers＇ dominant role in promoting the sustainable development of modern agriculture.It also proposes cultivating measures and mechanism by discussing the concept,the interest demands of the new generation farmers,to resolve ＂ farmers＇ shortage＂.
