摘要
在科技兴国的战略思想指导下,我国的科研工作取得了巨大的成绩,但从高校的科研管理工作来看,仍存在一些管理滞后的问题,表现在科技人才选拨、引进、人才任用、评价机制、成果验收、转化等等方面。建议高校科研管理机构应就这些问题,开拓思路,创新科研管理理念,建立健全科研管理制度,提升管理水平,有效激发科研人员的积极性和创造性,促进科研工作稳步健康地发展。
Guided by the strategy of revitalizing the country with science and technology,China’s scientific research has made great achievements. However,there are management stagnations in scientific research in universities,including scientific talents’selection,introduction,appointment,evaluation mechanism,check and transform of research results. Therefore,scientific research department in university should innovate concept of research management,establish effec-tive management system,improve management level,and stimulate researchers’enthusiasm and creativity.
