摘要
农村土地承包经营权流转作为农地流转的重要内容之一,一直受到人们极大的关注。农村土地承包经营权的流转过程亦是参与各方在现有制度下围绕权利流转追求其利益最大化的博弈过程。在分析我国当前农地承包经营权流转中存在的问题的基础上,根据这种流转是否发生在农村集体经济组织内分两种情况展开分析,分别建立各自的进化博弈模型,寻求进化稳定策略,并在此基础上提出促进农地承包经营权有序流转的对策建议。
As an important part of rural land transfer,transfer of contractual right of land in China’s rural area has at-tracted attention,and the ttransfer of rural land reflects game process pursuing their maximum interests. This article ana-lyzes existing problems in transfer of contractual right of land,sets evolutionary game model,seeks stable evolutionary strategy and finally proposes to promote orderly transfer of contractual right of land.
