投料机作为浮法玻璃生产线的重要设备,其规格越来越大,其重要性也更加显著。其传动系统的设计作为该设备的核心部件,也是举足轻重。该文通过ANSYS Workbench的先进设计手段对传动轴进行建模、仿真、优化,可以更加合理地进行设计的选材、布置和优化,保证整个设计的科学性、经济性。
As an important equipment of float glass production line, the specification of the feeding machine is grow ing, its importance is also more remarkable. The transmission system design as the core component of the equipment, is also very important. Transmission shaft through the advanced design means of the ANSYS Workbench for modeling, simulation and optimization, it can achieve more reasonable material selection, arrangement and optimization of design, ensure the scientific nature and economy.
