既有建筑的拓展型屋顶绿化集成技术研究综述

摘要 由于屋顶绿化能充分利用建筑的闲置区域,实现隔热节能.蓄水减排和消除屋顶径流中污染物质的功能,使城市绿化接近开发前的环境状态,因此近年来屋顶绿化技术倍受青睐。重点介绍了近年来既有建筑拓展型屋顶绿化的研究现状及存在问题,提出了相应的解决对策和今后的研究方向,并推荐了1种新型的屋顶绿化集成技术,为推进屋顶绿化在国内尤其是西北干旱地区既有建筑中的推广应用提供技术参考。 Green roof technology has been recently acclaimed because it could make full use of idle construction area to achieve energy-saving insulation, water storage and emission reduction, elimination of pollutants from roof runoff, and the urban environment could become close to the status before the development. The research progress and problems in extensive roof greening of existing buildings were focused on, and corresponding solutions and future research orientation were proposed. A new roof greening integration technique has been recommended to provide technical reference to the promotion of its application to existing buildings especially in the arid areas of northwest China.
