摘要
目的:分析研究益母草注射液和缩宫素联合使用预防阴道分娩产后出血的护理方式以及治疗效果。方法:选取2010年1月—2013年12月的300例阴道分娩患者资料进行回顾性分析,将300例患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各150例,对照组患者在分娩之后使用缩宫素肌肉注射,为患者实施常规护理;观察组患者在分娩之后使用缩宫素肌肉注射以及益母草注射液静脉滴注,为患者实施综合护理。比较两组患者在分娩之后的出血情况以及子宫收缩状况,进行统计。结果:观察组患者的生产时间、产后出血量显著小于对照组患者(P<0.05),具有统计学意义,观察组患者的宫缩痛发生几率与对照组比较显著增高(P<0.01),具有统计学意义,显示观察组患者的子宫收缩状况要优于对照组患者,观察组患者的护理满意程度与对照组比较显著提高(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:益母草注射液和缩宫素联合使用与积极的护理方式相结合对预防阴道分娩产后出血的治疗效果好,有相对较高的安全性,值得在临床中加以推广使用。
Objective：To study preventive nursing of Oxytocin Injection combined with Leonurus heterophyllus Injection for postpartum hemorrhage in vaginal delivery.Methods：300 cases of vaginal delivery from January 2010 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed and were randomly divided into two groups,with 150 cases in each group.Patients in the control group used intramuscular Oxytocin Injection after birth and routine nursing care.The patients in the observation group used intramuscular Oxytocin Injection and intravenous drip of Leonurus Heterophyllus Injection after delivery and the integrated care for patients.Bleeding and uterine contraction after the delivery of the two groups were compared.Results：The observation time of production and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage group were significantly less than that of the control group patients（P0.05）with statistical significance.The observation group＇s uterine contraction pain incidence was significantly higher compared with that of the control group（P0.01）.The uterine contraction of observation group was better than that of control group.Nursing care of patients and satisfaction of patients in observation group increased significantly compared with those of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Leonurus heterophyllus Injection and Oxytocinin Injection for prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in vaginal delivery is good and its security is relatively high.It is worth to be promoted in clinical use.
