摘要
近年来祖国医学事业蓬勃发展,中医硕士的培养也成了中医人才培养的新焦点。作为硕士导师,不仅在培养方式上注重灵活多样,更要在医德、人文、专业、创新等多方面对学生进行指导,同时充分利用双导师制这一全新形式,教学相长,共同进步。
With the development of Chinese Medicine, the training of TCM masters became a new focus. The graduate student＇s tutors should pay attention not only on the various ways of training, but also on the medical ethics, cultural, professional, innovation and other aspects. Further more, they should make full use of the Double Tutorial System to make progress with the students.
