摘要
我国居民收入差距显现不断扩大的趋势,出现了贫富分化的现象。但不是"富者愈富,穷者愈穷"的绝对两极分化,而是相对两极分化。为什么会产生贫富两极分化?理论界众说纷纭,有些是错误的。考察两极分化的产生,应分清根本性原因和非根本性原因、主要原因和非主要原因,分清制度内、体制内问题与制度外、体制外问题,参照十八大和十八届三中全会决定的精神统一思想认识,采取有针对性的行之有效的战略和政策措施,缓解贫富分化,走向共同富裕。
The phenomenon of the Polarization between rich and poor appears widening the income gap of residents in our country. However, it＇s not the absolute polarization that ＂ the rich get richer, the poor get poorer＂ , it＇s a relative polarization. What lead to the polarization between rich and poor？ Researchers have given various different answers, but many of them are wrong. To analyse the polarization between rich and poor , we should firstly distin- guish between fundamental and non -fundamental reasons, major and minor reasons, and the institutional issues and the issues outside the system. What＇s more, We should align our thinking with the decisions and plans of 18tb Party Congress and the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and adopt pertinent effective strategies, policies and measures, in order to ease the polarization between rich and poor and promote common prosperity.
