煤矸石混凝土的渗透性影响研究

摘要 用正交试验研究了煤矸石的渗透性,分析了煤矸石替代碎石量、粉煤灰替代水泥量、矿渣替代水泥量对混凝土渗透性的影响,并探讨了它们对混凝土渗透系数的影响,试验结果表明:煤矸石替代碎石量为30%、矿渣替代水泥量为10%、粉煤灰替代水泥量为20%时,混凝土抗压强度最高,渗透系数最小;在三因素中,煤矸石替代碎石量对混凝土的渗透系数影响最大;通过调整三因素的组分,可以将混凝土的力学性能和抗渗性控制在一个较好的水平。 This paper researched the permeability of gangue using the orthogonal test,analyzed the application using gangue instead of gravel quantity,using fly ash instead of cement quantity,using slag instead of content quantity to concrete permeability,and discussed their influence to concrete permeability coefficient,the test results showed that: when gangue instead of gravel quantity was 30%,slag instead of cement content was 10%,the fly ash instead of cement content was 20%,the concrete compressive strength maximum,the permeability coefficient minimum,in the three factors,the permeability influence coefficient to concrete was largest using gangue instead of gravel,through adjusting the three factors components,could control the concrete mechanical properties and anti permeability in a good level.
