摘要
以ANSYS有限元分析软件为工具,利用ANSYS提供的二次开发工具APDL进行命令流的参数化建模,对扶梯焊接工装支架结构模型进行了有限元计算,得到了在最恶劣载荷工况下的应力和变形,并对结构的强度和刚度进行了校核,验证了该结构的安全性,以保证生产扶梯产品的质量要求。
Taking the ANSYS finite element analysis software as tools,this paper made command flow parametric modeling using secondary development tool APDL provided by ANSYS,and made finite element calculation to escalator welding tooling bracket model,gained the stress and deformation at the worst load conditions,and checked the structure strength and stiffness,verified the safety of structure,to ensure the quality requirements of production of escalator products.
