摘要
广东省CBA篮球俱乐部后备人才梯队建设和比赛成绩较好,球队的训练时间大多超过文件要求;政策法规的实施缺少监督,选材的局限性和竞争性进一步加剧.建议进一步提高教练员的综合素质,提高科研要求,从科学选材、科学训练着手,提高成才率.积极推进省市与俱乐部联合培养的后备人才培养模式,二线队积极联系高校进行"教体联办",三线队伍采用佛山龙狮的培养模式,让体育真正回归教育,获得家庭支持社会认可.
The echelon construction of CBA Club basketball reserve talents in Guangdong province and their performance are good,and their training time is in excess of documentation requirements.The implementation of policies and regulations is lack of supervision, and limitations as well as the competition of selecting talents are further intensified.It is suggested to further improve the comprehensive quality of coaches,increase research requirement,and improve the success rate of talents from the aspects of scientifically selecting tal-ents and scientific training.In addition,it is necessary to actively promote the training mode of joint training between clubs and cities. Second-level team should actively contact colleges to cooperation,and three-level team employ the training mode of Foshan dragon and lion dance.Let sports return education,and acquire family support and social recognition.
