摘要
成本分担方案的制定是农户小型水利设施合作供给成本分担的核心问题。本文基于陕西省890户农户的调查数据,对农户成本分担方式进行了分析,采用二元Logistic模型分析结果表明,按照灌溉面积分担方式进行合作供给成本分担是农户最愿意接受的方式。运用价值评估方法(CVM)得出农户小型水利设施合作供给的成本分担意愿为小型水利设施总投资额的36.7%。
Cost sharing scheme is the core problem of farmers cooperative supply in small-scale irrigations. This paper analyzed cost sharing methods using the two variables Logistic model based on the survey data of 890 households in Shanxi Province. The results showed that the most willing to accept for farmers was that cost sharing mode according to the irrigation area. Using the value evaluation method（CVM） to calculate the willingness to pay is 36.7% of the amount of total cost in small-scale irrigations.
