摘要
在部属高校K大学2004-2009级六个年级学生四年学业成绩的基础上,构建EI指数作为分省招生指标的效率判据,研究学生群体在地域维度的学业表现差异,确定特别需要帮助的弱势学习群体。在微观层面,以K大学各省录取率衡量公平性,以EI指数衡量不同地域学生的学业效率,综合分省录取比例和EI指数给出K大学在确保公平前提下提高效率、科学合理的分省计划分配原则和办法。研究结果对于其他部属和省属高校具有参考意义,同时揭示有关基础教育研究的重要方向。
Based on K University students' academic performance of grade 2004-2009, the research constructs the Excellent Index (EI) to be an efficiency criterion of province-based university enrollment. The research studies regional student group academic performance differences and find out disadvantaged learning groups that need special help. At the micro level, the research uses EI to measure efficiency and takes provincebased admission rate of K University to measure the fairness. Finally, the research gives a principle and a method that can improve efficiency on the premise of ensuring fairness to different university to scientifically allocate enrollment of different province. The result will be a significant and useful reference for other subordinate universities of the Ministry of Education and provincial universities. By the way, the rsearrch also reveal an important direction for basic education studies to note the difference of provinces.
