糖蛋白中糖链结构的不均一性与信息传递的关系 被引量：1

摘要 糖蛋白中糖链结构的不均一性具有普遍性,表现在某一糖链中少数特定糖基数目的微小变化;或某种特定糖基在糖链中连接位点或连接糖苷键类型的不同.近年的研究表明,在细胞分化、癌变、自身免疫疾病中,“不均一性”起着传递信息的重要作用.“不均一性”形成的机理与糖链的生物合成相关,这又与糖基转移酶的活性变化密切相关,故应受基因的表达所调控.
