摘要
目的制备马钱子巴布制剂。方法采用正交试验法,以粘着性能的检查等作为评价指标,优选制剂处方。结果巴布剂的优选处方为:马钱子浸膏10%、薄荷脑2%、甘油20%、高岭土25%、西黄蓍胶10%,其余为卡波姆和聚丙烯酸钠(二者之比为10:1)。结论筛选的处方合理,制备的工艺简单可行,制备的马钱子巴布制剂符合制剂质量要求。
Objective Study on the prpeparation technology of Semen Strychni babu plaster. Methods The formulation was optimized by using orthogonal design which took the adhesion properties as indexes. Results The optimized prescription of the plaster was: the extract 10%, menthol 2%, glycerol 20%, Kaolin 25%, tragacanth 10%, and the rest was Carbopol Ultrez l0 and PANA 7S(ratio was l0: 1).Conclusion The reasonable formulation was obtained and preparation method was simple,and the prepared babu plaster fit the quality requirements.
