摘要
在推进现代渔业和高原特色农业建设发展战略的政策基础上,总结了云南省渔业发展的现状,分析了云南省高原特色淡水渔业发展面临的机遇、有利条件、制约因素和潜在风险等,提出了今后一段时期内渔业的发展思路和目标,并提出了相应的对策建议。
Based on promoting modern fishery construction and developing characteristic agriculture in Yunnan province,the paper summarized the current situation of the freshwater fishing development in Yunnan province,analyzed the opportunity,imparting factors,advantages and potential risks of characteristic agriculture and freshwater fishing,put forward some development ideas and goals for freshwater fishing,and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
