摘要
天然林资源保护工程是林业六大生态工程之一。甘肃从2000年开始实施天然林资源保护工程,其中2000～2010年为工程一期,已实施完毕;2011～2020年为二期,已实施4年。本文通过图表形式对2期工程主要内容进行对比分析,研究天保工程范围、管护面积、投资规模的变化;总结了参与天保工程复查的经验,提出了建议。
Natural forest resources protection project is one of the six major forestry ecological engineering. The implementation of natural forest resources protection project in Gansu province was implemented since 2000, the first phase of the project has been completed from 2000 to 2010; 2011 to 2020 as the second phase, have been implemented four years. The article analyzed the main aspects of two phases through the graph form, studied the change of scope,area, and the investment scale; summarized the experience in review of the forest protection project and putted forward the suggestions.
