摘要
贵州省某规模猪场猪群出现高热症状,为及时采取防制措施,采用细菌学方法、寄生虫检测及分子生物学方法对临床病死猪进行病因确定性诊断。结果:从病死猪肝脏中分离到致病肠杆菌;血推片镜检发现附红细胞体;脏器组织中检测到猪瘟病毒(HCV)、猪圆环病毒2型(PCV-2)核酸。表明引起该场猪群发生高热病的病原是HCV与PCV-2混合感染所致,并继发感染肠杆菌与附红细胞体。
There porcine high fever syndrome had happened in a scaled swine farm in Guizhou. The diagnosis had executed on porcine dead by bac-teriological, parasitological and molecular biological assay. The results showed that the enterobacter had been isolated from the liver of porcine dead and red body infected the red cell seriously. The nucleic acid of HCV and PCV-2 had also detected in organs. It showed that the disease in this farm caused by HCV and PCV-2 mixed infection, and secondary infected the enterobacter and red body.
