摘要
镶配件制作是职业学院机械类专业专业技能实训环节的重要组成部分,也是培养高技能人才的重要手段。本文以全国化工检修钳工竞赛为契机,从加工工艺的确定、设备及工量具的选用以及学生综合素质提升等方面出发,对如何保证加工精度、提高学生竞赛成绩进行了探讨。
Insert fittings production is an important part of Career Academy mechanical engineering professional skills training, but also an important means to cultivate high skilled talents. In this paper, the chemical equipment fitter contest as a turning point, from the aspects of the identification process, selection of equipment and tools as well as the students＇ s comprehensive quality improvement, on how to ensure the machining accuracy, improve the students＇ competition results are dis- cussed.
