湿地松采穗圃修剪促萌技术研究初报 被引量:2

摘要 本试验针对湿地松采穗圃的修剪高度、修剪时间、施肥量3个因素采用正交设计开展试验,结果表明:湿地松采穗圃穗条的萌芽时间和修剪时间、修剪高度有关,修剪时间早,萌芽较晚,保留母株高度越高,萌芽时间越早;采穗圃母株的修剪高度对穗条的数量有显著影响,以12 cm的修剪高度获得的穗条数量最多;采穗圃的修剪时间对穗条长度有显著影响,3月22号修剪的母株萌发的穗条最长;采穗圃的修剪时间、修剪高度、施肥量对穗条粗度均无显著影响。 Aimed at three factors including cutting height, cutting time, fert'flization amount of Pinus elliotti cutting orchard and using the method of orthogonal design, tests were carried out. The main results are as followed: The germination time of coppice shoot is related to cutting time and cutting height in Pinus elliotti cutting orchard; The cutting is earlier, and the germi- nation is later; The cutting is higher, and the germination is earlier; The influence on coppice shoot quantity is significant in dif- ferent cutting height of stock plants in Pinus elliotti cutting orchard, and if the cutting height of the stock plant is 12 cm, the number of coppice shoot of is the largest; The cutting time of Pinus elliottii cutting orchard has a significant effect on cuttings length, and the cutting has the longest length if the pruning date is March 22nd; The cutting time, cutting height, fertilization rate of Pinus elliotti cutting orchard have no significant effect on the coppice shoot thickness.
