摘要
研究了一种利用七水亚硫酸钠为原料,通过溶解、投加硫磺的方式生产硫代硫酸钠产品的工艺方法。所得产品质量分数均在98.0%以上,符合HG/T 2328—2006《工业硫代硫酸钠》一等品要求。该工艺具有生产成本低、操作简便、经济效益高等优点,不仅扩大了七水亚硫酸钠的应用范围,并且满足了市场需求,宜于推广。
A process of the use of sodium sulfite heptahydrate as raw material,through dissolution, adding sulfur to produce sodium thiosulfate was researched.The mass fraction of the product was more than 98.0%, in line with the first grade require- ments of Industrial Sodium Thiosulfate, HG/T 2328--2006.The process had many advantages, such as low production cost, easy-to-operate, and high economic benefit. It not only expanded the scope of sodium sulfite heptahydrate application,but also met the market demand.Therefore, it was appropriate for promotion.
