摘要
运用文献资料调研法、逻辑分析法,对体育场地资源配置的概念、目标、原则和方式等基本理论进行挖掘、探索和总结。基于此,提出体育场地资源配置要树立"公平效率"理念,完善政策法规,创新配置方式,把握供需现状,拓宽筹资渠道,强化科学管理,不断提高体育场地资源配置的科学性、有效性,以实现体育场地资源配置效益的最大化。
Using literature research, logical analysis, some basic theoretical problems like the concepts, goals, principles and methods of stadium resource allocation have been dug into, explored and summarized. Based On this, proposed to establish a ＂fair and efficient＂ concept in the allocation of stadium resources, and also , we should improve policies and regulations, innovate configuration, grasp the status quo of supply and demand, expand financing channels, strengthen scientific management, and constantly improve the scientificity, effectiveness of the allocation of stadium resources, achieve maximize efficiency of allocation of stadium resources.
