摘要
为筛选出适宜的茄子砧木,并初步探讨嫁接亲和性机理。试验采用二因素随机区组设计,以托鲁巴姆和强健冠军为砧木,以圆茄宝莱、盛圆3号、黑晶和黑大帅为接穗,研究了茄子嫁接亲和性、共生亲和力、嫁接对植株生长发育及疫病发生和产量的影响。结果表明:以托鲁巴姆、强健冠军作为砧木,以黑大帅、黑晶为接穗表现出嫁接高度亲和性和较好的共生亲合力,嫁接成活率达到97%以上,嫁接匹配率达到93%以上;嫁接对疫病有很好的控制效果,发病率在9.80%~12.40%,病情指数在10.09%~17.01%,显著低于自根苗;嫁接对茄子株高、茎粗、单果质量、单株重和果实产量有显著影响,产量比自根苗增加29%~32%。
The study aimed to select suitable eggplant rootstocks and explore the mechanism of graft compatibility. An experi-ment was made using two factors randomized block design method and with the Tuolu Bam and Qiangjian Guanjun as the stocks and the round eggplant Baolai, Shengyuan No.3, Heijing and Heidashuai as the scions. The graft compatibility,sym-biotic affinity and the effects of grafting on the plant growth, disease incidence and yield of the eggplants were studied. The results showed that the grafting with Tuolu Bam and Qiangjian Guanjun as the stocks and Heijing and Heidashuai as the scions exhibited high affinity and better symbiotic affinity and the survival rate reached more than 97% and the grafting matching rate was over 93%; the grafting had a good effect on disease control, the disease incidence rate was 9.80% -12.40% and the disease index was at 10.09% -17.01%, significantly lower than that of the self-rooted; the grafting had a significant influence on the plant height, stem diameter, weight per fruit, weight per plant and the yield of the eggplant and the yield increased by 29% -32% compared with that of the self-rooted.
