基于Silverlight的淮河-沙颍河联合调度系统设计

摘要 针对淮河流域水污染事件多发、防污防洪矛盾突出等问题,提出了淮河-沙颍河多目标联合调度系统,并介绍了其设计目标、系统框架和数据结构及系统关键技术实现的途径和方法。该系统的构建利用了多模型耦合系统理论框架,基于Silverlight富客户端开发技术,并结合了Web GIS开发平台和SQL Server数据库设计。该系统由地理信息系统、实时水情监测、优化调度、风险分析、配置管理5个模块构成,实现了流域地理信息查询,实时监测水情数据整理,预案生成和实时调度及风险分析等功能,可为淮河-沙颍河区域的防污调度决策提供科学依据,减少淮河水污染发生的概率。 Aining to frequent water pollution events and problens of flood control and pollution control in Huaihe River,the nulti - objective joint operation systen for Huaihe River - Shaying River is put forward. The design goals,franework and data structure of the systen are introduced,as well as the realization ways and nethods of sone key technologies. By using the cou-pling systen franework of nultiple nodels,the systen is established based on Silverlight rich client developnent technology and conbining with the WebGIS platforn and SQL Server database design. The systen is consisted of the following 5 parts,nanely, the geographic infornation systen,real - tine hydrologic nonitoring,optinal operation,risk analysis and the configuration nan-agenent,and realizes the query of basin geographic infornation,collection of real - tine nonitoring hydrologic data,preplans generation and real - tine operation,risk analysis and other functions,which can provide scientific basis for decisions on anti -polluting scheduling in Huaihe River - Shaying River area,and reduce the incidence of the Huai River water pollution.
